Ingredients:

DIPPING SAUCE

  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime Bubly®
  • 1 tsp. lime zest

TEMPURA BATTER

  • 1 cup tempura mix
  • 2/3 Cup Lime Bubly® (ice cold)

TEMPURA

  • 2 cups tempura batter
  • 12 shrimp (tails on)
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 bundle of asparagus
  • 12 carrot sticks
  • 2 cups crushed Ruffles® potato chips
  • Frying oil, vegetable or canola (enough to fill a pot with 2 inches of oil)

Make the play:

DIPPING SAUCE

  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk together.

TEMPURA BATTER

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the tempura mix and the Lime Bubly®. Whisk until there are no more lumps. Use immediately.

TEMPURA

  1. Heat 2 inches of oil in a pot to 350ºF.
  2. Use one hand to dip the veggies into the tempura batter and then transfer to a dish of crushed Ruffles®. Roll in the crushed Ruffles® until fully coated.
  3. Fry for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with the shrimp.
  4. Serve immediately with Lime Bubly® dipping sauce.
